Key responsibilities:
Payroll & Bookkeeping: Oversee payroll proessing and accurate bookkeeping to ensure smooth financial operations
E-commerce Management: Manage our online skincare store, which features both our exclusive product line and curated products form other brands.
Inventory & Imports Coordination:
work with vendors, especially for imported products from France
Qualifications:
Fluency in French: required, as you’ll be communicating regularly with suppliers and coordinating product imports from France
Attention to Detail: Precision in handling financial tasks and managin inventory
Team Player: Enjoys collaborating with a close-knit team dedicated to patient care and skincare innovation
Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles
