I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my one bedroom apartment in Chinatown between Mott & Canal St.

Here are some features:

* fully renovated apartment (completed in April 2024) with burgundy walls to match bricks’ walls.
* LG washer and dryer combo in unit.
* Frigidaire air conditioner unit (black)
* lots of light, corner apartment
* bedroom fits queen size bed
* apt looking at the back so very quiet despite being in Chinatown (located on 2nd floor)
* super fast wi-fi with Fios (Fiber connection much faster than cable)
* unfurnished but option to get a few pieces including floor to ceiling mirror, queen size mattress (5 months old from Helix Midnight Luxe), clothing rack, etc…
* water bill is included, but electricity is not.
* bathroom includes bathtub.

Note landlord knows I am looking for someone.
