Following the extraordinary success of last year’s Gabriel Fauré Centenary, La Maison Française is delighted to welcome back several performers from seasons’ past, as well as many of our friends from Steinhardt MPAP and artists making their La Maison Française of NYU premiere for an exceptional week in honor of Maurice Ravel’s 150th birthday.
Over the course of three evenings these remarkable artists will perform lesser-known but no less mesmerizing works of Ravel in an intimate setting on our historic piano once played by Francis Poulenc and Nadia Boulanger. Tickets are free to the current NYU community (faculty, students, and staff with current NYU email address, and $30 to the general public.
Please note that programs are subject to change. Beyond Bolero: The Spellbinding Works of Maurice Ravel is made possible through the generous support of the Mairie de Boulogne-Billancourt.
